In the office, 50-minute sessions, tailored to your goals and needs. Together, we explore what matters most, and how to get there.
The best therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation.
You can show up fully here.
I want to know the real you.
Your experience of the work we do should feel clear and safe. I focus on top-tier care, including cutting-edge treatments, a high regard for ethics, and extensive clinical experience.

These words by Rumi, “You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens”, have driven me headlong into a passion for helping others find meaning and beauty in their brokenness. Our lives can demand much of us, and when the burden becomes too great we may find ourselves lost and disconnected. I am here to help you reconnect, rebuild, and redefine the purposes and hope you have in life, no matter what crossroads you are facing.
I have over 10 years of clinical experience, working within residential treatment centers, hospitals, 12-step programs, agencies, and private practice. I specialize in teens and young adulthood, anxiety, depression, grief, relational stressors, substance use, trauma, and identity issues. I offer individual therapy for all ages who are experiencing life transitions, and my passion is working with teens and young people. I use an eclectic therapy approach to suit each client in their unique way, and am trained in Brainspotting, which is a leading trauma recovery modality. I am also EAGALA and O.K. Corrall certified as an Equine Assisted Psychotherapist, and offer experiential therapy with horses as a supplement to traditional talk therapy. Horses have played a profound role in my own life, and I am honored to lead others through their healing with this remarkable experience.
Things I’m known for in the office: high focus to your needs, creative solutions, accessibility (I use my direct cell for client texts/calls), genuineness, always having tea on hand, and finding humor in life.
Things I'm known for out of the office: my love of animals (particularly my two dogs, "Alamo" and "Supreme", and my Clydesdale “Neo”), anything to do with nature or country living, listening to music, and watching black and white films.
Call or text me. You are worth getting to know. I promise I will be authentic, professional, and real as we create and explore your story together.

I offer a free 10-20 minute phone consultation prior to any face-to-face session, which allows us to explore goals, get to know one another, and for you to ask any questions you may have.
Unless under unique circumstances, sessions are 50-minutes. If you are interested in a different time-length, we can explore the together. I offer both in-office and Telehealth options.
I offer individual therapy both in my office and through Telehealth. My style focuses on person-centered, gestalt, solution-focused, mindfulness, and psycho-dynamic modalities, as well as equine assisted psychotherapy.
Interested in Equine Assisted Therapy? Say no more! Reach out for more information about our upcoming groups and retreats. They are a life-changing experience, and are quality-insured!
Your first session will include going over and signing some paperwork. Together, we will begin mapping your story, looking for patterns, core memories, and unmet needs.
My rate for individual therapy is $160. If needed, we can discuss a sliding-scale that better fits your needs. Payment will be due at the beginning of each session via cash, check, or card. I am private pay only and not in network with any insurance providers at this time. For equine assisted psychotherapy, rates vary based on needs.
I intentionally use my direct cell for clients, as it fosters authenticity and realness. We will discuss some boundaries and limitations around this during your first session.
